1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SolidNode platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service provides professional anger management tools, virtual guidance sessions, and educational resources. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2. Description of Service
SolidNode offers digital tools, live sessions with certified coaches, progress tracking modules, and a comprehensive library of educational content focused on anger management techniques. Access to premium features requires an active subscription.
3. User Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. SolidNode reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
4. Subscription and Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. No refunds will be provided for partial months. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SolidNode does not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that results will be achieved. Our platform supports personal development but is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.
6. Limitation of Liability
SolidNode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve months preceding any claim.
7. User Content and Conduct
You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant SolidNode a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and modify such content for platform operation. Users must not post harmful, offensive, or illegal materials.
8. Termination
SolidNode may suspend or terminate your access at its sole discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through account settings.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in San Francisco County.
